Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment.
• During peak periods or high demand, processing may take up to 7 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

• Express shipping options may be available on some items at checkout at a cost according to weight, dimensions, and destination.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You can track your package directly through the link sent to your email or via your Shopify customer account.

Please note that tracking updates may be limited until the package reaches your country.

• For tactical gear and larger items, delivery times may be on the longer side due to product size and weight.

International Orders

Lost or Damaged Packages
